Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Centrender, LLC, operating as VoxLead ("VoxLead," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit voxlead.agency (the "Site"), complete our audit quiz, or use our services.
1. Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, business name, email address, phone number, and the answers you give in our audit quiz (for example, how you currently handle calls and follow-up).
- Usage data: pages visited, approximate location (from IP address), device and browser type, and how you interact with the Site, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
- Client service data: if you become a client, information needed to run your systems — your business details, calendars, lead lists you provide, and message logs generated by the systems we operate for you.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your audit request and communicate with you.
- To provide, configure, and improve the services you purchase.
- To send you relevant follow-up and marketing communications. You can opt out at any time — reply STOP to texts, use the unsubscribe link in emails, or contact us.
- For advertising measurement and analytics (see Section 4), and to comply with legal obligations.
3. How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the Site and services — such as hosting (Vercel), form and quiz processing, email delivery, and telephony/SMS providers — under obligations to protect it.
- Authorities, where required by law.
- A successor entity, if our business is sold or merged, subject to this policy.
4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising pixels
The Site and our quiz may use cookies, analytics tools, and advertising pixels (for example, Meta Pixel) to measure how visitors find and use the Site and to improve our advertising. These tools may set cookies and receive your IP address and page interactions. You can limit tracking through your browser settings and, where applicable, platform-level ad preferences (such as Meta ad settings).
5. Communications about clients' customers
When we operate systems on behalf of a client business, we process their customers' contact details and message content as a service provider for that business. The client controls that data; if you are a customer of a business that uses VoxLead and have questions about your data, please contact that business directly, and we will support their response.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above — typically for the duration of our relationship plus a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting, and dispute-handling purposes — and then delete or anonymize it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@voxlead.agency. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Site and services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
